This policy explains how Tile and Co (Tile&Co.) handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you contact us, request samples or a consultation, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email, phone number, suburb or delivery address, your role and information about your project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, arrange samples, consultations and deliveries, and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us deliver what you asked for, such as couriers and our email and website hosting providers, and only as needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Enquiries are emailed to our team and kept in secure systems. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and delete it when no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, using our contact form or by calling (02) 8119 5140. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
