Terms of use and sale

These terms apply to the Tile&Co. website and to products supplied by Tile and Co. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website information

We aim to keep product information accurate, but colours, textures and finishes on screen are a guide only. Always confirm with a physical sample before ordering.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for the period shown on them and confirm price, quantities, availability, lead time and delivery. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Custom, indent and special-order products may require a deposit.

Natural variation

Tiles are made in batches and natural stone is a natural product. Shade, tone, veining and size can vary between batches and between pieces. Order your full quantity at once, keep the batch number, and inspect tiles before installation.

Delivery

Delivery costs and timing are confirmed on your quote. Please check quantities and condition on delivery and note any damage with the driver. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Change-of-mind returns of stocked, unopened products may be accepted within a set period and may attract a restocking fee; this is confirmed on your quote. Custom, indent and cut products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Installation

Install products according to the maker's guidelines and Australian Standards, using a qualified installer. Do not install tiles you believe are faulty: contact us first. Claims after installation are limited to what the Australian Consumer Law provides.
